What to do if the network is unreachable?
First remain calm :-) Then make a test, try to do a traceroute to the service which seems to be down. With this test you exclude that the problem is situated on your access network or between the ALL2ALL network and your network.
If you have traced the problem and an ALL2ALL server seems to be down contact us asap. Don't forget to send us the output of the traceroute you just made. You may as well call us or send a SMS on number +32 486 57 57 97 if you don't get a reaction by email.
