How do I create a new email account?
The following procedure is for all shared hostings of all2all. On dedicated servers there is an email management interface integrated into Virtualmin, or some other personnalized method, in this case you should contact the administrator of the corresponding dedicated server.
You can set up all your email accounts via our graphical web mailbox management interface:

You should be able to access this interface with your username and password you received along with the hosting access info. In certain cases, for instance when you manage serveral web sites, you could also use a special single login.
If you have problems while trying to connect for first time, your access to the mailbox management hasn't been initialized for your domain name yet. In this case contact our support by e-mail. Don't forget to mention your domain name and client ID (mentioned on your invoice) for which you want us to initialize the management.
There are also two manuals (currently in french and dutch only) which explain how to use the interface and set up your e-mail accounts (creation of email accounts, changing passwords, deleting accounts, alias setup, vacation messages, etc).
